Penobscot Community Health Care accepts applicants to our dental residency through the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS). Applicants should confirm and observe the PASS deadlines listed on the PASS website.

Applicants who do not use PASS must send the following materials independently:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Official graduate school transcripts
  • Letter of Introduction and Interest
  • Photo ID Confirmation
  • Board Scores
  • Two (2) letters of recommendation

APPLICATION POLICY:  PCHC’s Dental Residency has a rolling admissions policy. Applications will be received and reviewed until each Residency Class is full.  As placement in this program is competitive, we encourage you to get your application in as soon as possible.

The 2021-2022 Residency Class begins July 1, 2021.

PCHC's twelve-month residency is specifically focused on increasing the clinical knowledge, skills, and experience of new family nurse practitioners, providing them with a positive transitional experience from school to practice, and an opportunity to fine-tune skills under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
