We can’t wait to have you join our team! New Family Nurse Practitioners who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:

• Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program within the last 18 months
• Current or pending license to practice medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maine
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA License
• Stated commitment to a career in primary care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

In essay format, please respond to the following question: What personal, professional, educational, and/or clinical experience have led you to choose the role of a primary care nurse practitioner in a community health setting?
